Mr. Andrzej Worsztynowicz has been associated with Delko S.A. for several years. From 1995 to 16th of June 2000 he performed the function of the Comapny's President of the Board, from 27th of June 2002 up to 15th of January 2004 the function of the Vice-President of the Management Board, from 15th of January 2004 to 6th of November 2008 the function of the President of the Board, while from 6th of November 2008 to 4th of June 2009 he was the Vice-President of the Delko S.A. Management Board. Furthermore, Andrzej Worsztynowicz was, among others, the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Delko OTTO Sp. z o.o., had sole proprietorship in the field of advisory services, he held the managerial position in a private company of the household chemistry manufacturer, he was the Director in Forma Sp. z o.o. and the Manager of the branch of ZPM H. Cegielski Odlewnia Żeliwa. Andrzej Worsztynowicz is a Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Ferrex Sp. z o.o. having its registered office in Poznań – the manufacturer of the casts.

President of the Company's Management Board has a Degree of Master of Engineering, he graduated from the Academy of Mining and Metallurgy in Kraków, Postgraduate Management Studies at the Wielkopolska School of Business at Poznań University of Economics, he has a diploma of the Ministry of Treasury authorizing him to perform the function of a Member of the Supervisory Board in the companies owned by the State Treasury, he has also completed numerous courses and trainings related to management, accounting and finance. Mr. Andrzej Worsztynowicz does not run any business operations, he is not a partner of competitive civil partnership or partnership, he is not a member of an authority of the share-holding company or a member of authority of any other competitive company of a legal person. He has not been registered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept on the basis of the Act on the National Court Register.

Mr. Dawid Harsze started working for ZPUH DEKA Sp. z o.o. as Financial & Accounting Specialist in 2002. Since 2004 he was employed in Hurtownia Aptekarzy (Wholesale Druggists) Galenica-Panax Sp. z o.o. as Financial & Accounting Specialist and then as the Manager of Controlling and Economic Review Dept. Since 2009 he was employed in the aforementioned company as Planning & Logistics Director and was the Member of the Board. Since 2010Dawid Harsze has been Financial Director and the Member of the Board of DHA Dolpharma Sp. z o.o.

Dawid Harsze holds a Master degree; he graduated from the Academy of Economics in Poznań, Postgraduate Controlling School at the School of Banking in Poznań. He also completed numerous professional courses.

Mr. Mr. Dariusz Śmiejkowski began his career in 1990 as a Consultant in Eureka Consulting, where he was employed until 1994 (specialization in marketing with particular focus on distribution). In the years 1994-1996, he was a Consultant and a Partner in MCGway Consulting, where he implemented strategic marketing and strategic management projects, as well as projects concerning support for companies in introducing new products to the market. Then, from 1996 to 2006 he was the President of the Board of Directors in PGD Consulting, where he implemented projects concerning strategic management, development of structures and processes, construction of business models. From 2006 to 2010 Mr. Dariusz Śmiejkowski was the Vice President of the Board for Development in Torfarm S.A. (now Neuca S.A.), where he was responsible for strategy, planning of acquisition, creation and implementation of a business model, consolidation of the Capital Group, organization, i.e.. processes and structure, creation of holding, HR and the creation of managing team. From 2009 to 2010, Dariusz Śmiejkowski was the President of the Board of Directors of Prosper S.A.

Dariusz Śmiejkowski holds a Master's degree, he graduated from the University of Economics in Poznan at the Management Faculty.

Mr. Miroslaw Newel started professional work in 1972 in Poczta Polska. Telegraph and Telephone as a Technical Instructor. From 1975 to 1990 he was a Master and Foreman in Biazet S.A. From 1991 to 2002 he was a co-owner of Pen s.c. civil partnership. In addition, since 1990 he conducted a sole-proprietorship business. In the period: 1993 - 1994 he has been a shareholder and a Vice President of the Management Board of IP4 Sp. z o.o. From 1994 to 1995 he has been a partner of Klub Biznesu s.c. civil partnership. Since 1994, he was a partner in Irpol Sp. z o.o., while in years: 1995 – 2000 he was a partner in Nowa s.c. civil partnership. From 2000 to 2006, he was a partner in Nowa Sp. z o.o., and from 2002 – 2005 he was the President of the Management Board of this company. At the same time, since 1998 he has been a partner in Leader Podlaski Sp. z o.o., in the years 1995 – 2003 a shareholder, a Member of the Massa S.A. Supervisory Board, in the period: 1997 – 2001 he was a shareholder, a Member of the Board of Directors of PKT S.A., since 1997 he has been a partner, a Member of the Supervisory Board of Dom Sp. z o.o., since 1998 he has been a shareholder of Agricultural Commodity Exchange S.A., since 1998 he has been a shareholder, a Member of the Supervisory Board of Biazet S.A., in the years 1998 – 1999 he was a shareholder of SNG S.A. joint stock company. In the years 1999 – 2001, Mr. Miroslaw Newel was a partner, a member of the Supervisory Board of RDT Sp. z o.o., since 2003 he was the President of the Management Board of this company. Since 1994 he has been a shareholder of Delko S.A., a member of the Supervisory Board, and since 2008 the Chairman of the Company's Supervisory Board.

Miroslaw Newel graduated from High School of Business and Management in Ciechanów.

Mr. Leszek Wójcik started professional work in 1986 in USSR, where he was staying on the export contract until 1988. Then, from 1989 to 1991 he conducted his own business in the field of wholesale and retail. From 1991 to 1997 he was a co-owner of the chemical cosmetic Wholesale Store "Luz". Since 1997 he was a partner and the President of the Board of Delkor Sp. z o.o. From 2000 to 2005 he was a member of the Delko S.A Supervisory Board. In the years 2005 – 2007 he was Vice President of the Delko S.A. Management Board and since May 2007 he has been a Vice-President of the Supervisory Board of the Company.

Leszek Wójcik has a secondary technical education. In addition, Mr.Leszek Wojcik completed numerous courses in management, accounting, finances, and taxes.

Mr. Miroslaw Dąbrowski has been a co-owner of the Otto Sp. J. general partnership since 1992. He was the founder of Delko S.A. Since 1999 he has conducted business operations under the business name of PHU (Trade -Service Company) Otto Plus Miroslaw Dąbrowski. In the period: 2000 – 2002 and 2005 – 2007 he was a Vice President of Delko S.A., from 2002 to 2007 the President of the Board of Delko Otto Sp. z o.o. In the years: 1995 – 2000 he was a member of the Delko S.A. Supervisory Board. In the years: 2003-2005 Chairman of the Company's Supervisory Board.

Mirosław Dąbrowski graduated from the University of Physical Education in Warsaw. In addition, he completed numerous trainings, e.g. in the scope of management and accounting.

Mr. Miroslaw Dąbrowski is the Bronze Medalist of the World and Europe Championship in weight lifting in Athens in 1987. In the period: 1979 – 1987 he was the representative of Poland in weight lifting, multiple Gold, Silver, and Bronze medalist of Polish Junior, Youth, and Senior Championships, a record holder of Poland in snatch and clean and jerk.

 

Mr. Kazimierz Luberda started professional work in 1987 in GPL Industries Inc in USA as a Manager where he was employed until 1990. From 1991 to 1993, he conducted commercial business activity. Since 1992 until now he has been conducting business activities in the field of the distribution of household chemistry, hygiene and cosmetics products. Since 1997 he has been a distributor and shareholder of Delko S.A. Since 2003 he has been a member of the Supervisory Board of the Company (in the period 2005-2007 Deputy Chairman of the Board).

Kazimierz Luberda has technical education, he graduated from the Stanisław Staszic Technical Vocational Complex in Nowy Targ. He completed numerous managerial, accounting courses and with regard to human resources management and organization of working time.

Mr. Dariusz Kawecki was a member of the boards of directors of the following companies: in the years 1994-1997 – Taco Sp. z o.o., in the years 2000-2002 – Delko S.A., since 2004 Delko Esta Sp. z o.o., and in the years 2008 – 2010 the President of the Board of Directors of Delko S.A. Moreover, Dariusz Kawecki was/has been a member of the following Supervisory Boards: in the years 1994 – 1998 – Leader Sp. z o.o., in the years 1995 – 2000 and 2003-2005 – Delko S.A., 1997 – 2003 – Lewiatan Opole Sp. z o.o. and since 2005 until 2008 - Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Delko S.A., in the years 2009-2011 – Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Delko Otto Sp. z o.o.

Mr. Dariusz Kawecki has higher education, he is a doctor of technical sciences in automatics and robotics. He graduated from the Faculty of Fundamental Problems of Technology – Applied Physics at Wrocław University of Technology and completed doctoral studies at Warsaw University of Technology and at Moscow Machine Tool Institute.

Mr. Wojciech Szymon Kowalski is Master in economic sciences, graduated from the University of Economics in Poznań, Faculty of Economics. New member of the Supervisory Board of Delko S.A.occupied, among others, a managerial position in the Department of Economic Trends and Investment in the Division of Capital Investments of Bank Staropolski S.A. in Poznań, was the Deputy Director of the Primary Market of Brokerage House Polinwest S.A. seated in Poznań, he was the Head of the Office of Analysis and Information of Brokerage House BMT S.A. in Poznań, he was the member of Supervisory Boards: Relpol S.A., Pflederer Grajewo S.A., W.Kruk S.A. and Elektrotim S.A. Mr. Wojciech Szymon Kowalski has sole proprietorship specialized in the field of analyses and economic trends and in particular in the field of macroeconomics and exchange markets, including commodity markets and selected sectors and industries. In addition, he conducts business journalistic activities in the scope of e.g. macroeconomics as well as commodity and currency markets. Mr. Wojciech Szymon Kowalski has sole proprietorship. The aforementioned activity is not competitive in relation to the company. Wojciech Szymon Kowalski is not a partner of competitive civil partnership or partnership, or a member of an authority of a capital company or a member of authority of any other competitive partnership of a legal person. Mr. Wojciech Szymon Kowalski was not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept on the basis of the Act on the National Court Register. Mr. Wojciech Szymon Kowalski is Master in economic sciences, he graduated from the University of Economics in Poznań, Faculty of Economics.
