The main subject of business operations of Delko S.A. is wholesale distribution of FMCG goods – of all major global manufacturers of household chemistry, hygienic articles, and cosmetics. The Company conducts the distribution of private labels as well. According to the strategy which is now under implementation, Delko conducts business operations on the Polish market only.

Sales and distribution are carried out within regional representatives (regional distributors), the network of own wholesale stores (organized in the form of special purpose subsidiaries), and the direct service of important retail customers. As a parent entity of the Capital Group, Delko S.A is the organizational, financial, purchase – sales supervising centre. The Capital Group of Delko S.A consists of:

• Delko OTTO Sp. z o.o. with seat in Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski,
• Cosmetics Sp. z o.o. with seat in Łomża,
• Delko RDT Księżycowa Sp. z o.o. with seat in Ignatki,
• Nika Sp. z o.o. with seat in Kielce.
• Frog MS Delko Sp. z o.o. with seat in Kraków

Delko is an unquestionable leader of the chemical-cosmetic distribution market in Poland. The company is the only distribution network in its trade, ensuring distribution of goods across the whole country. The broadest offer of goods on the market ( approx. 14.000 of stock items), their full availability, quick delivery, the national scope of operations, as well as confidence of the performed transactions, resulted in the fact that the Company became the primary supplier for most of commercial partners.
