The purpose of the "Good practices of the Companies quoted on the Warsaw Stock Exchange" is to strengthen the transparency of the stock-quoted companies, improve the quality of their communication with capital market participants and to strengthen the protection of the shareholders’ rights also in matters not regulated by the law.

Code of Best Practice for WSE Listed Companies

Good Practices of Companies Quoted on the Warsaw Stock Exchange comply with the principles of corporate governance adopted by the resolution of Stock Exchange Board no. 12/1170/2007 dated 4th of July 2007, except for principles listed in the current report 08/2009 dated 16th of September 2009 presented below.
